RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All our items fall under the below return and refund policy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or receiving a full refund.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Nutrition products, hygiene products, bib shorts, and similar items.
  • Custom items.
  • Hazardous materials such as flammable products, gases, or batteries.
  • Gift cards.
  • Registered GPS systems (e.g., sports watches, cycling computers).

Processing Time:

Please allow up to five (5) working days to process any exchanges or refunds.

Return and Refund Conditions:

  • Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items can be returned or exchanged only if the packaging and label are intact.
  • Products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
  • Products purchased within 14 days can be exchanged or refunded if found to be defective after testing by our personnel or an authorized service center. This process may take up to five business days.
  • Bicycles and trainers will be exchanged or refunded based on the manufacturer's authorized service center's report and approval.
  • Items with incomplete packaging, damage, or scratches are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Sale and clearance items, including Black Friday Sale items, cannot be refunded.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items from multiple orders.
  • Incomplete items.
  • Items with minor soiling or opened packaging but are otherwise unused and undamaged will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Partial returns may void any discounts, and the customer will be liable to pay the full listed price advertised online.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection via sales@ingruppetto.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your account or original payment method within a few days.
  • Check with your bank for delays in refund posting, as processing times may vary.
  • Service and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • Items must be returned to us before processing and issuing refunds.
  • Returns after 14 days will not be refunded but will be added to your store credit.

Exchanges:

  • For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact sales@ingruppetto.com with pictures and your order number. We may resolve the issue without additional delivery charges.
  • Items can be exchanged if defective, damaged, or accidentally purchased.
  • In-store exchanges and returns are possible, but refunds must be processed online through the original payment method.

Damages:

  • InGruppetto is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact us within 24 hours at sales@ingruppetto.com if your order arrives damaged.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Submit images of the damaged product when filing a claim.
  • No returns will be accepted without prior communication and pictures.
  • Products may differ from website photos, which are for illustrative purposes only.

Warranty Claims:

For items returned under warranty claims, InGruppetto requires a minimum of three (3) working days to process the claim. These will be treated on a case-by-case basis, following the manufacturer's guidelines.

Additional Note:
All purchased sessions are valid for booking or re-booking within 6 months. After this period, a 30% surcharge will be applied.
