1. InGruppetto will process your orders Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
2. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
3. For all shipments outside the UAE, you (the customer) are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority may charge.

If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section for further information.
