For shipments outside of the UAE, we primarily work with DHL. Depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures, international shipments are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Free shipping** is available on orders above AED 2,000 or AED 2,500, depending on the destination and shipping conditions. |
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING*
1. InGruppetto processes orders Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders are shipped complete only, meaning dispatch will typically take place once all items in the order are available and ready for shipment.
2. National and International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on estimated weight, dimensions, order value, and destination, and reflect the best available shipping rate at the time of purchase.
In certain cases, particularly for large, bulky, or heavy items, the final shipping cost may vary due to actual dimensional weight, packaging requirements, courier surcharges, or destination-specific regulations and fees.
If a shipping cost adjustment is required, the customer will be contacted prior to dispatch. Orders will only be shipped once the revised shipping cost has been approved by the customer.
InGruppetto reserves the right to adjust shipping charges to accurately reflect the final logistics cost. We are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all shipping-related charges.
3. If no one is available to accept delivery, the customer may be required to arrange an alternative delivery date or collect the order directly from the courier, in accordance with the courier’s policies.
4. For all shipments outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities.

CANCELLATION
We completely understand that you may sometimes change your mind after placing an order. We will make every effort to cancel your order, provided it has not yet entered processing.
If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will instead be handled as a return. For more details, please refer to our Returns section.
