InGruppetto delivery charges are calculated based on the Following

NOTES:

1. InGruppetto will process your orders Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
2. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
3. For all shipments outside the UAE, you (the customer) are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority may charge.

CANCELLATION

We completely understand that you may sometimes change your mind after placing an order. If this happens before your order has been processed, you can easily cancel it by calling our Sales Team at +971 (0)44 919 867 or by clicking the green WhatsApp icon at the bottom left of the page. We will make every effort to cancel your order, provided it has not yet entered processing.

If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will instead be handled as a return. For more details, please refer to our Returns section.
