Our personalized coaching sessions are crafted to help you reach your running goals.
Focus on refining your running gait, enhancing your technique, and optimizing your time on your feet. We tailor the sessions to your specific needs, covering aspects such as arm swing, trunk position (leaning forward and hip drop), leg mechanics, and upper body synchronization.

Important Information:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Each Running Analysis may be rescheduled up to two times within 4 months of the purchase date. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur an AED 500 rescheduling fee.
  
  
• Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  
  
• Validity: Your Running Analysis package must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date. For packages that include multiple sessions, the 4-month validity period begins on the date of your first session.
