The MET Trenta is the flagship of MET’s road helmet range, engineered for riders who demand the perfect balance between aerodynamics, ventilation, and protection. Designed to perform at the highest level, it delivers race-proven speed with refined comfort and advanced safety.

At its core, the Trenta features an in-mould polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner, optimised to absorb impacts while keeping weight to a minimum. Protection is further enhanced by the MIPS C2® rotational management system, engineered to reduce harmful rotational forces during certain impacts.

Comfort is uncompromising. The refined internal shape, combined with the MET Safe-T Orbital Fit System, delivers a secure and personalised fit thanks to 360° head belt adjustment, vertical tuning, and occipital support. Lightweight Air Lite straps with adjustable dividers ensure excellent comfort and aerodynamic efficiency on long rides.

Designed for speed and airflow, the Trenta uses 19 strategically placed vents and an internal engineered air-channeling system to maximise cooling, even under intense efforts. The tube-shaped tail and rear deflector maintain constant airflow in the riding position, while the limited head contact surface further improves ventilation.

Practical details complete the package, including sunglasses ports for secure storage during climbs or rest stops, and reflective rear decals to enhance visibility in low-light conditions.

At the heart of its safety credentials is MET’s transparent Mips® Evolve Core system, allowing controlled movement between the helmet and the head in the event of a crash, redirecting rotational energy away from the brain.
