Specialized Shoes S-Works Torch - White

The S-Works Torch is a high-performance road cycling shoe developed around efficient power transfer, precise foot retention and long-distance comfort. Its construction combines rider feedback, RETÜL fit data and Specialized’s Body Geometry principles to provide a supportive, adaptable fit under sustained riding loads.

Lightweight Carbon Construction

The unidirectional carbon outsole uses an internal I-Beam structure to maintain high stiffness while reducing unnecessary material. A shaped “pie-crust” perimeter helps control flex and limits material build-up around the plate, resulting in a claimed weight reduction of 20 g compared with the previous S-Works 7.

This rigid, low-profile platform supports direct power transfer through the complete pedal stroke while keeping the weight to approximately 220 g per shoe in size EU 43.

BOA® Fit System

The upper is secured by a BOA® Fit System with dual S3 dials, allowing independent, incremental adjustment across the forefoot and midfoot. Data-driven zonal reinforcement helps stabilize the foot under load, while additional support over the big toe is designed to improve retention during the upward phase of the pedal stroke.

Adaptive upper materials distribute pressure across the foot to provide consistent support without excessive bulk.

Refined Heel Support

An asymmetric heel cup provides additional clearance around the Achilles while maintaining a secure connection between the heel and the shoe. This design is intended to reduce localized pressure and improve comfort without compromising stability during high-intensity efforts.

Body Geometry Design

The S-Works Torch incorporates Specialized’s Body Geometry features to support the natural alignment of the foot, knee and hip:

• Varus Wedge: Supports lower-limb alignment and more efficient power delivery.
• Metatarsal Button: Helps reduce localized pressure around the forefoot.
• Longitudinal Arch: Supports the arch and helps limit foot collapse under load.
• Compatible footbeds: Designed for use with Body Geometry SL Footbeds Gen 2 for additional arch support and fit adjustment.

Expanded width options and a broad cleat-adjustment range allow the shoe to accommodate different foot shapes and riding positions.
