The SRM Origin Road Carbon PM9 is a dual-sided crank spider power meter engineered for riders seeking highly accurate power measurement within a modular drivetrain platform. Manufactured to order in Germany, the PM9 combines SRM's latest power measurement technology with carbon crank arms, interchangeable spindles, and configurable chainring options to suit a wide range of road bike frames and groupsets.

Now in its ninth generation, the Origin PM9 features both ANT+ and Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity for compatibility with most modern cycling computers and training applications.

Designed Around a Modular Platform

The Origin PM9 is built around a fully modular architecture, allowing the power meter spider, crank arms, spindle and chainrings to be configured according to the rider's requirements.

The interchangeable spindle system supports multiple bottom bracket standards, while the 110 mm bolt circle allows compatibility with a broad selection of 4-bolt chainrings. This design also enables future component changes without replacing the complete power meter system.

Dual-Sided Power Measurement

The PM9 measures power at the crank spider using a combination of torque and angular velocity data to deliver highly accurate power readings across a wide cadence range.

The system also provides:

• Left/right power balance
• Cadence
• Pedal smoothness metrics (supported devices)

Its measurement method maintains accuracy when used with both round and oval chainrings.

Look Carbon Crank Arms

Designed for the SRM Origin platform and feature LOOK's Trilobe Technology, allowing a single crank arm to be adjusted between three crank lengths.

Factory Calibration

Every SRM Origin PM9 is individually assembled and calibrated at the SRM factory in Jülich, Germany before shipment.

Routine zero offset calibration can be performed through any compatible cycling computer or smartphone application before riding.
