Summit Features
Gives you in-depth information about upcoming, in-progress, and completed climbs on preloaded routes and detects climbs ahead with no loaded route through SUMMIT Freeride.
Strava Segments + Points of Interest
Lets you know when you are approaching a Strava Segment and provides real-time progress during the Segment. You can also scroll on the map to see Strava points of interest, like parks, water fountains, and your next coffee stop.
Custom Alerts
A configured notification that can display on your ELEMNT at set intervals.
GPS Features
- Dual-Band GPS: Enhances accuracy in challenging environments where signals can be obstructed, such as dense trees or urban areas.
- Navigation Features
- Includes Global Maps: Pre-loaded with worldwide maps.
- On-Device Turn-by-Turn Navigation: Automatically generates turn-by-turn prompts for all routes and file types, including GPX, TCX, and routes imported from Strava, Ride With GPS, and Komoot.
- Take Me To (On-Demand Route Generation): Sync a location from Google Maps or Apple Maps to ELEMNT ACE, and turn-by-turn directions will be generated.
- Retrace Route (Breadcrumb Trails): Provides turn-by-turn directions to reverse your route and return to your starting point, either directly on the ELEMNT ACE or via the Wahoo App.
- Saved Locations: Save frequently visited locations directly on the ELEMNT ACE or Wahoo App to easily generate routes with turn-by-turn directions.
- Get Me Started (Navigation to Start of the Route): Generates a route to the starting point of your planned ride, with chevrons turning black when you reach the route.
- Back on Track (On-Demand Rerouting): Reroutes you with turn-by-turn directions if you veer off course. Blue chevrons guide you back to the planned route, turning black when you are back on track.
- Route to Start (Shortest Route): Finds the shortest way back to the start of your ride with turn-by-turn directions.
Mountain Bike Integration
- Trail Integrations: Sync routes from Trailforks automatically over WiFi or Bluetooth.
Connectivity Features
- Automatic and Wireless Route Downloads & Workout Uploads: Routes from Strava, Ride With GPS, and Komoot are automatically downloaded to the ELEMNT ACE. Completed rides are uploaded to authorized third-party accounts.
